Summer Program  known as summer school is part of a higher education institution program that provides educational and non-educational activities by exchanging students from various countries. Summer School is held following the summer schedule that occurs in the region of the country with four seasons, generally held from June to September.

Currently, the Summer School program has been introduced and has become a trend in several well-known universities in Indonesia. The Summer School program is attractive to students from foreign universities because it has specific fields, especially those related to the character of Indonesian society and territory. One of the universities that participates every year is the Universitas  Muhammadiyah Gresik.
