Step 1: Get Started

Step 2: What Happens Next?
1. Application Overview
After you submit your registration, our admissions team will review your profile and documents to ensure everything is in order.
2. Stay Tuned for Confirmation
We’ll send you an email once your application is accepted. That email will include a formal Offer Letter with further guidance.
3. Fair & Simple Visa Support
UMG’s International Relations Office (IRO) will assist you with:
• Obtaining the Indonesian Study Permit
• Processing your Telex Visa approval
• Coordinating your VITAS (Limited Stay Visa) appointment at immigration
4. Welcome to Indonesia
Once you arrive in Gresik, come by the IRO to complete your registration, finalize immigration documents, and join our campus orientation.
Step 3: Checklist — What to Prepare
1. Make sure you have the following documents ready (scanned copies in English)
2. A recent passport-style photo in digital format
3. A clear scan of your passport’s ID page
4. Your academic certificates & transcripts relevant to your application level:
• High School for Bachelor’s applicants
• Bachelor’s Degree for Master’s applicants
• Master’s Degree for Doctoral applicants
Step 4: After You’re Accepted
1. Follow the payment instructions included in your Offer Letter (if applicable)
2. Work closely with IRO to finalize your study permit and visa
3. Prepare for your journey to Indonesia — we’ll see you soon!
