On Friday, June 13, 2025, a coordination activity was carried out as part of the preparation for P2A ASEAN HACKATHON 2025. This activity involved 14 students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) who were accompanied by several lecturers. The students were selected as UMG representatives in the event. The purpose of this coordination was to provide important supplies related to technical matters, team responsibilities, and the overall structure of the hackathon. Participants were also reminded of important dates and expected outputs so that preparations run smoothly and in a focused manner.

During the activity, lecturers provided direction and motivation, followed by a short discussion to clarify several logistical and technical matters. The Students also listened attentively and were actively involved in the information presented.
